✅ Full-scale immersion experience. Not in the sense of immersing into the story, but immersing into an adventurous wanderer in the cruel yet curious world. The game successfully pushes the boundary of the magic cycle to include the player into a vivid and living world. Most of these are achieved through the minimum usage of UI and out of context communication. The simple interface, lack of a "command Z" on made decisions, and need for inventory management all merged into this effect.

✅ Boiled down core of RPG. No options to deselect stats, skill points, all mimics an actual character's growth and there's no way back.

✅ Again on top of immersion and RPG, death penalties are pretty harsh (and rather hard to accept in nowadays standards). Not only are you paying a death toll, but also losing all your equipment, and having to travel all the long way again?!

✅ Awesome music and cinematics, as always by Blizzard. It is surprising how the classic music of Tristam already started from D2. It is an aural feast to recognize the refrain and core rhythm across all Diablo games and see the dev team's attention to details and legacy.

✅ Legacy graphics option is awesome... Again, respect to the team's dedication to recreate this experience as close as possible

❌ UI for dialogue does feel pretty outdated for current days...
