  • Design core puzzle mechanics tied to the flower-death narrative, ensuring each puzzle reinforces story beats and reveals clues through gameplay rather than exposition

  • Author and maintain the game design document, defining puzzle difficulty curves, pacing across cases, and the desktop simulator interaction model

  • Collaborate with one teammate on scope and feature prioritization, making design tradeoffs to keep the project shippable as a two-person team

  • Write case narratives and dialogue, weaving the flower motif into victim backstories, suspect profiles, and environmental storytelling

  • Prototype and iterate on puzzle designs in Godot, playtesting to tune difficulty and ensure logical consistency across clue chains

  • Design all characters as concept artist, developing visual identities for victims, suspects, and key figures that reinforce the flower theming

  • Solo engineer the entire project in Godot, implementing all gameplay systems, UI, and tools from scratch
